JacQueline Marie Ward is an eco-economist, aspiring farmer and speculative fiction writer. Her goal is to connect to an international “green book” community of like minded folks with whom she can share the beginning of a new world.
Her practice was ignited through studying the relationship between math, nature, art and science, followed by drawing and coloring geometric forms as a student and apprentice.
She begins this journey with the idea of a “pantry” garden. Finding real food already in her cupboards that could be sprouted, grown and multiplied. This concept was inspired by JacQueline's friend Dr. Kim Curtis’ experiment with her Girl Scout troop during the pandemic.
She writes speculative historical fiction and futurist stories loosely based on her “ascendants” and lineages. Mystical elements in her writing stem from her lifelong fascination with science-fiction, fantasy and natural healing.
